What's been going on!

The Ponies are out at night as it is cooler, there are less flies and possibly dew on the grass, which is all better for the ponies. They do lie down out in the field but when they come into the stables they like a sleep as the stables are quiet and cosy!

In the stable there are no flies, no other ponies to play with or to claim the best bit of grass! William does enjoy quiet time, a snooze and a yawn. Check out those DIRTY feathers!

Going for a hack, a ride in the country is great!  The view, you can see over the hedges. The movement and the sounds can be quite strange at times too as you ride over different terrains. Riding in the Park and off the lead rein is also fun! The Ponies often have one ear for his rider and one on where they are going!

This month we were lucky enough to receive a wonderful donation from NFU Mutual which is going towards the overhaul of the lift.  It has been playing up recently!

Two lovely NFU Mutual representatives spent a morning on the yard and presented the cheque to Paige, Freya, Whiskey and Kingsley.

THANK YOU NFU MUTUAL!

🎉🎉🎉 GET READY FOR THE OPEN MORNING 2024! 🌟🎉🌈

We hope you will all be able to join us for a fun and informative morning on 20th July.

Our participants will be demonstrating what they have learnt in their lessons. This is a great opportunity for family, friends and the wider community to see first hand the good work that we do .

For the first time this year will be holding a fun dog show. We look forward to finding the most handsome dog and enjoying other fun classes.

The BBQ will be fired up, the urn will be on for tea, coffee. There will be home made cakes and lots of prizes on our side stalls.  Cash will be preferred on these stands.

Entry and parking is free!

If you would like to help run a stall, serve tea and coffee or make us a cake, we would love to hear from you, please email office@broadlandsgrouprda.org.uk.

Volunteers - On behalf of myself and the trustees I would like to invite you to have a drink (non alcoholic available) in the refreshments tent between 2pm-3pm to raise a glass to all our fantastic volunteers for all your hard work throughout the year. This will be an opportunity to meet some of our other volunteers and even catch up with old friends! We make such a difference to so many peoples lives, please stay to celebrate that with us!

~ Paige

We look forward to seeing you all soon.
