Broadlands 2022 Talks
and Events

Raising more funds to help the Broadlands Group RDA is so important.

It helps us cover the costs of the day-to-day running of the riding school, stables and looking after our lovely ponies. It also supports our vital redevelopment projects all aimed at providing more services to assist the riders who need it.

If you have any ideas which you think could help please let us know.

At each event enjoy a glass of wine and some delicious snacks too which are included in the ticket price!

AND SOON THERE WILL BE ANOTHER AMAZING TALK

Mongol 100.jpg

 RACHEL  FORBES

Army veteran, former helicopter pilot and mum of 3 young boys with a full-time job.

Despite not having any extreme endurance racing experience, Rachel having stumbled across this race on social media, threw herself into the challenge of taking 10 days away from her normal work and family life to run 100 miles across a frozen lake in Mongolia.

OH... WHAT A SHAME THIS TALK HAD TO BE POSTPONED DUE TO COVID...

AS SOON AS WE HAVE A NEW

DATE AND WE'LL LET YOU ALL KNOW!

Rachel realised that it is not selfish to carve out space to pursue a goal.

It is challenging and there is guilt, but Rachel believes that #FindingTime for yourself is always within reach no matter how many obstacles you face.

And take a look at these

talks & events from the past
