Ultra marathon for Broadlands

Our wonderful volunteer, Susie’s (who so kindly hosts our talks in her barn) amazing son Rowan is taking on an extraordinary challenge this summer — running the legendary "Gauja Ultra Trail 100" an 100k ultra marathon in Latvia on 1st August!

Not only will Rowan be pushing himself through 100 kilometres of endurance, determination and grit, but he’ll also be raising funds for Broadlands RDA. Go Rowan!

As many of you know, Broadlands RDA provides life-changing opportunities through riding and carriage driving for disabled children and adults, helping build confidence, independence and joy for so many people in our community
