Thank you Alton Victorian Cricket!

We are absolutely delighted to share that the Alton Victorian Cricket Committee has generously raised an incredible £9,000 in support of Broadlands Equine Therapy and RDA.

These vital funds will directly support our work in promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. Thanks to this generosity, we have already been able to release part of the donation to refurbish our mounting platform – an essential piece of equipment that enables many of our riders to mount safely and with dignity.

Looking ahead, the remaining funds will be carefully invested in sourcing and training a new pony for our RDA and equine therapy centre. This will make a lasting difference to the lives of our riders and participants, ensuring we can continue to provide life-changing opportunities for years to come.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Trish Delaney, the Alton Victorian Cricket Committee, and the entire Alton community. The support from players, volunteers, sponsors, and spectators at this year’s tournament has been truly overwhelming, and we feel privileged to have been chosen as the beneficiary of such a cherished local tradition.
