Singing together is a powerful boost for body, mind and soul. It strengthens the lungs, improves breathing and posture, and floods the brain with feel-good chemicals that reduce stress and lift mood.
When we sing in a group, something special happens: barriers drop, strangers connect, and a strong sense of belonging forms — often in just an hour.
No experience needed. Just come as you are, raise your voice, and enjoy the simple joy of breathing, singing and connecting together. Dan is a professional choir leader and vocal coach with over 15 years experience delivering top class workshops, sessions and singing lessons. He makes singing fun!
