Web support for the Third Sector by  PRO-active Management Services Ltd

In late 2009 we were contacted by RLC Productions, an event management agency based in Alton.  As part of their commitment to their local community they had pledged at their trade association conference Eventia, to spend a total of 32 hours helping a local charity or community group.

We came up with some challenges, tasks we were never going to get around to really, which they accepted and once the weather had settled down the date was set and the Risk Assessment completed.  Fortunately for us, well me, SONY had been along the day before and stain proofed the cloakroom where we had suffered a water leak due to the snow.

Arriving on time, well equipped and organised they got stuck straight into the tasks, splitting up into smaller groups.  Their teamwork was great and they respected the whole environment and the activities that had to continue.  The lunchtime rain shower needed some prompt action to get the blankets, numnah, rollers etc. back undercover but the enthusiasm wasn’t dampened.
